Our Portfolio

malting
As the sun kisses the barley swaying in Scotland's fields, grains are selected. Soaked in water, they start to grow, a devoted change that is nature's alchemy.
mashing
Grinded to a rough texture, combined with warm water, in a delicate area. When the sugars are released by heat, wort—a golden delight—becomes delicious and vivid.
distillation
The process of distillation The impure wash is refined first, followed by the heart-aligned wash in copper stills. Carefully applied incisions reveal the spirit and leave a legacy.
maturation
The alcohol seeps into oak barrels where flavour develops and time whispers mysteries. The whiskey's spirit is cradled in Wood's embrace. Years on a voyage, that's the total.
